This amazing vintage textile is upcycled from a vintage Japanese wedding Kimono (Uchikake) dating from the Mid-Showa period (over 40 years old) and is in very good condition.
The pillow is strengthened and protected inside by a cotton lining, each cushion is fully over-locked and sewn with a concealed zip at the base for easy removal. Luxurious lilac / light purple velvet is used on the reverse to compliment the vintage brocade.
Filled with a British made, ethically sourced, luxury quality feather pad. Each cushion is hand made in the UK and comes with it's own foiled tag that details the date and origin of each beautiful textile.
